I was given a gift card to the Club West Medspa, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience. Rory was exceptional—her massage was both relaxing and incredibly therapeutic. I left feeling rejuvenated and at peace. The atmosphere was serene and the staff were all very professional. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.
The best spa with the most professional and friendly staff!
I have been going to Club West for about four years. The past two years, I have had a membership and do a service every month. This saves my sanity! Everyone is so friendly and it is so peaceful walking in. Rory is my person. I do facials, massage and just recently the lash lift (LOVE IT!!) with her. I swear I go in for these regular services and I always leave with so much more. I am refreshed, clear headed, my soul feels reawakened! Rory taps into my energy and always knows exactly what I am needing. I cannot say enough good things or even truly explain what Rory has done for me.
I can’t say enough about this med spa! I followed Rory here from her other businesses and she has only gotten better at what she does. An extremely skilled esthetician, Rory does my waxing as well as facials, cool peels, and spray tans. She is knowledgeable, efficient, hilarious, and, most importantly, caring. She makes you feel at ease. You will not be disappointed here.
Michele was amazing. One of the best facials I have ever received. The spa is beautiful and peaceful and everyone is so kind and helpful. I will be going regularly.
I love the atmosphere! Receptionist are always pleasant. Rory is the best for waxing, I always see her and she has yet to disappoint!
I have been getting dermaplane and Clear and Brilliant treatments from Melissa for a long long time! She is wonderful, dependable, thorough, kind and super knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to see and your face will look amazing!
I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Rory. I have been seeing her for my problem skin for about a year now and my skin has never looked better. It's smooth and radiant and so glowy!! She's been truly a blessing. I feel so much more confident and everyone notices how great my skin looks now. My monthly facials are so relaxing and Rory provides such a calming environment. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
I’ve been seeing Rory at Club West Med Spa for about a year now. I came to her with problem skin from wearing a mask all the time during covid and large pores. Fast forward a year later and my skin is the best it’s ever looked-people comment on my skin all the time! I trust Rory to recommend what I need and following her recommendations has been nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend her and Club West Med Spa!
I LOVE Melissa and Club West! I have had several treatments with Melissa including the Total Elegance Facial, CoolPeel, Dermaplaning and HydraFacial. The Total Elegance Facial was truly the most relaxing facial I've ever had...worth every penny! I moved here several years ago and have been to numerous med spas before discovering Club West and Melissa. Club West is professionally managed and has a welcoming, friendly staff and environment. Melissa is knowledgeable, highly skilled and as sweet as can be! I am so grateful I found her! I actually signed up for Gmail just so I could leave this review; that's how much I appreciate and love Melissa!
