5! Dr. Marieme Mbaye was wonderful!!!! And gentle! the receptionists and the nurse who asked me the intake questions were also great both warm and professional Everyone was so nice. I'm new to the practice and very happy. Also the space is beautiful.
This was my first time, and Dr. Mbaye was absolutely top-notch. She was knowledgeable and provided excellent professional and personal care. She took her time to listen, answered my questions, and didn’t try to push any medication on me. She carefully explained my symptoms and suggested, with detailed explanations, why a medication would work and its alternatives if the side effects were too much.
I had a fantastic experience at NoHo ClearMD. The office was welcoming, and the staff was kind and efficient. Ali was thorough, attentive, and genuinely listened to my concerns, making me feel heard and supported throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and offered thoughtful recommendations for my care. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and appreciated the overall professionalism and warmth of the practice. Highly recommend!
Dr Mbaye was absolutely amazing. This was my first visit and although I saw her great reviews I was eager to experience her service myself. The facility is impeccably clean, the decor was tastefully done, the environment is welcoming and Dr Mbaye herself is patient, you don’t feel rushed at all, she carefully explains everything and answers all questions with ease. I’ll definitely be going back (in fact, I’ve already booked my next appt). You won’t regret this choice.
Disgusting and fraudulent clinic. I paid my bill from a previous check up and have been getting harrassed with emails every week asking me to pay from a Chester Ogdamin, if that's even a real person. The phone lines are down and no one picks up. Voice mail boxes are full and no one will get back to me to clear the balance off of my patient portal, so I keep getting spammed even when I block the email. I also have no clue if my payment was applied. Hopefully these clinics stay closed for good!
