“I am 83 years old. I have seen too many doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Nakama changed my life at 83. In addition to weight loss, he has included other areas of health, so it is a well rounded approach. He also advised me of Medicare‘s Silver Sneakers program. Now I go to the gym without charge due to his knowledge and encouragement. Of course, it is not as many times as he wants, but at 83 the fact that I go is a good thing. I recommend him with the very best rating to anyone , looking for a very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional doctor.”
