I went for what should have been a 30-45 minute appointment and was there for 2 hours which made me late to work. Clinic was not busy, provider I was initially placed with didn’t listen to my goals and needs, I had to correct them multiple times and they also told me about risks of taking the medication for someone who has poor health in an unprofessional manner, which made me feel that assumptions were being made about my health, which I can assure you I am not anywhere near an age or weight that those health concerns would come up, I’m only trying to loose a bit of weight for my wedding. Clinic hours are also very inconvenient for the average patient. Will not be returning.

Absolutely fantastic!!! I came to Cherry Creek Medical Weight Loss today to make the switch from my current provider. Everyone there was incredibly nice, friendly and professional. It really couldn’t have been a better visit for me. I interacted with four people during my visit and they were all great people who made me feel very welcome there. Right when I walked in the door, the two women at reception were super helpful and nice. The woman who did my labs was friendly and very gentle. I appreciated that. Finally, the provider was very knowledgeable and she took the time to hear my questions. She also addressed all of my concerns before I even had to ask. The staff here is really on point and helped me to make the switch with ease. I wish I could remember their names to write here because they were all amazing! (7/23). Thank you all so very much! I should have made the switch sooner! I’ll be back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is always very polite and the room is always very clean. The customer service was excellent throughout. The clinic is very knowledgeable about health questions and has a variety of programs available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them. The support I received here has made me look forward to my appointments, and I'm excited about the potential to be successful with weight loss with the tools I've been given today. I will definitely be continuing with them. I haven't had any bad results either. If you are looking for this type of help, I highly recommend Cherry Creek Medical Weight Loss.

I am new to Colorado and I couldn’t have picked a better facility! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially Nadia! She is very nice and just pleasant to talk to and makes you feel very welcome. Not to mention the views from the building as well as how they have it set up inside! I want to hire their interior designer. Very cozy and relaxed. Very pleased with my first month here and will definitely be continuing with them. My results haven’t been so bad either ;)

I scheduled my appointment and filled out the new client intake form with no issues. I showed up to the address that was sent on the confirmation text for my appointment. All the doors for the building were locked - both the front and the back. I double-checked the building number and the address, so I decided to call the front desk. I told her I was in front of the building, told her it was locked, and politely asked to be let in for my appointment. She rudely hung up on me. I lost my money and would not recommend this business.
