I was incredibly impressed with Chapter, from the moment I stepped foot in the door. It is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean! More importantly, I was warmly greeted by the kind and knowledgeable staff. Caitlin did my facial "work" over two appointments. She could not be any sweeter! She was so careful and made sure that my skin was cleaned and prepped for the procedures. The table she worked off of reminded me of my days, working in surgery. She was very gentle and continually checked to make sure I was doing all right. I give Chapter and Caitlin my highest recommendation!

Have been to a few other spas in the area and I absolutely love being a member at Chapter in West Des Moines. My MAP consultation with Jordyn the aesthetics advisor was stellar. Together created a membership treatment plan custom to me and my specific goals/budget which I liked more than prepackaged options. Their esthetician Sabrina is the best! Her product knowledge is incredible and gives the best facials. Have had a few appointments with Caitlin for Botox and RF microneedling and it has far exceeded my expectations! Chapter is *the* best in the area with providers, ambiance and customer service in Des Moines! Cannot wait to try laser hair removal treatments.

The facility is beautiful, but unfortunately the service provided was low quality for being a medical grade esthetics provider. Red flag #1 was no double cleanse before service, #2 this was the most aggressive dermaplane I have ever had, asked for lighter and provider struggled with consistency, very painful after the fact, #3 was the provider asking me what after care product I thought I needed. More training needed. While I appreciated the consultation, 15 minutes was far exceeded. Common in chain studios, but had higher expectations.

Very professional, extremely friendly, provide excellent waiting area. Brought me coffee to room during consultation and treatment. Explanation was wonderful with physical and visual from the staff. Offer membership's, discounts with a large inventory to select from. I highly recommend this company.

Not only is this studio absolutely beautiful (and clean!), the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Caitlin did my service and explained everything so well and I couldn’t have been happier with my results!! I can’t wait for my next appointment, 10/10 recommend :)

I am IN LOVE with Chapter!!! ALL the staff is AMAZING! I am enjoying my glowing skin!!! I get compliments all the time! Sabrina has done such a great job, from peels to dermaplane to relaxing facials. I plan on visiting every month!

I have had several treatments and consultations at Chapter and I could not speak more highly of my experience at their studio. Caitlin and Jordyn have both helped me figure out an aesthetic and treatment plan that is right for me with tangible ways to measure results. They are extremely knowledgeable about their services and made me feel comfortable during my treatments. Tami at the front desk is friendly and kind and their space is clean and beautiful! I saw Caitlin & got lip filler for the very first time. I was so nervous, and she did such a great job reassuring me that everything was going to turn out perfect. She was so cool, calm and collected our entire appointment and everything turned out amazing! 10/10 will be booking with her again!
