My husband and I had such a wonderful experience here! We did the foot detox and shoulder/scalp massage, and it was amazing. The owner, Charles, is a naturopath and was so knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to—he made the whole experience even better. The detox left us feeling refreshed, and the massage was so relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that we went ahead and booked a couples massage in the salt room for next week. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and restorative experience!

I had a massage in the salt room, and it was amazing. Josh did an amazing job with my massage. He listened to where I was hurting and made sure to take his time and hit every spot. He was also very kind. The salt room loosened up all the gross stuff in my lungs and felt great. My lips tasted like salt when I left because of the salt blowing in the room. It was so relaxing. I can't wait to come back next time I am in Little Rock.
