The best way to experience Bodymedics is scheduling regularly. After a few visits I realized that massage is a necessary part of my healthcare and I pre-book a monthly visit. I prioritize it in my budget and consistently feel that by doing so I’m improving my day-to-day quality of life and will impact my mobility as I age. I used to have an HSA that I used for it and that was the best way to allocate the money. The education I get from the therapists about what my body is doing and what I can do at home to help is absolutely part of the value. It feels like I have access to my own recovery/wellness team like professional athletes do.
