I was given the Gift of several sessions/different venues at BluVida! I had a thorough initial interview & assessment w/Erika. Then on to some of the modalities w/BluVida therapists who were knowledgeable & kind. There is an aura of rest, peace & caring in this special place & I am grateful for my time there.

Life hasn’t gotten any less stressful for me. But since I’ve started experiencing all these wonderful services at Bluvida, my responses to life has gotten better. I’m one of those “take care of others first and then maybe me” person. That stopped after my first visit. I’m actually better at taking care of others. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Katy office. If you haven’t tried their super Ozone Sauna, you simply must! It takes me back to those hot summer days at the beach where I didn’t have a care in the world. I burn calories and get rid of toxins while relaxing in the sauna sipping on my imaginary Pina Colada. What more could you ask for?

I visited BluVida on my trip through the USA whilst visiting from Dubai. Being a scientist and biohacker, I was looking for an elite clinic to test out the technology. I first came across BluVida on Instagram and messaged the clinic about visiting. I was met with such openness and kindness, and the team arranged my visit seamlessly! Well, the technology they have available here is INCREDIBLE. BluVida has EVERYTHING from Red Light Therapy, to Ozone Sauna and even PEMF Therapy. Not only that, the team are so well trained and are so happy to help you. I am super excited to visit again, and even though I will be flying hundreds of miles back to the USA...BluVida is a priority for me to visit again just to hug the team! Their next venture is peptides, which I cannot wait to try. Thank you so much BluVida.

I always go to Teresa for a sinus clearing. She has magic fingers! It only takes about 15 to 20 mins and it ALWAYS helps. I get sinus headaches and I don't know what I'd do without her. A few minutes with her and BOOM! Headache gone.
