I was excited for my upcoming appointment until I encountered extremely rude and unprofessional office staff via text messages. I was informed at 3:29pm the day before my appointment that my paperwork needed to be done by 5pm to be seen the next day for my appointment that's been scheduled for weeks. Of course I wasn't able to complete the paperwork by 5pm the day before my appointment due to work, picking up my child, and needing to get home at a decent time in traffic. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home. I will be looking for care elsewhere.

She will always be my #1 PCP. When I tell you she’s the greatest advocate you’ll have. She listened, supported me and even did tests I didn’t think of having, since then.. she has been my most trustworthy doctor I’ve ever had. I will always go to Dr. Cudjoe. Her staff is always a spark, joy and genuinely amazing!! You will feel right at home! It is exactly as I’ve described it to be! I am happy she is my PCP. Wouldn’t have it any other way! THE Absolute best!!! ❤️

Truly Exceptional Care! I became a patient of Dr. Cudjoe about a year ago. Since then, she has made a significant impact on my health & well-being. After being with my previous PCP for nearly a decade, I feel incredibly blessed to have found someone even better to oversee my care. Dr. Cudjoe is everything one would want in a physician: she’s caring, thorough, professional, highly knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. She takes the time to really listen, and always explains things clearly and thoughtfully. What I love most is her exceptional bedside manner—she truly makes you feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. This level of professional attention and compassion are rare. Dr. Cudjoe is also conservative in her approach which I really appreciate as someone who has various health/wellness concerns and goals. She has also made excellent referrals for me as needed. I completely trust Dr. Cudjoe’s medical judgment and feel confident that I’m in the best hands—not just for myself, but for my family as well. I’ve already recommended her to several friends, relatives & even other medical professionals. My husband sees her as his new PCP now also. BloomMed’s office and waiting area are always welcoming and relaxing. The staff is also courteous & responsive, especially Alicia who has been so helpful and a jewel to communicate with. The staff is available by phone, text, and the online portal—which makes things a lot more convenient for scheduling and communication with the office. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Cudjoe as my PCP. I truly feel like I've found the perfect physician for me and one that I can rely on for my long term care. Thank you Dr. C, Lynette & Alicia! You guys are the best! 😊

It has been really hard for me to find a good PCP who I could trust. I had a really great experience at BloomMed for a physical. I thought Dr. Cudjoe was very compassionate and took her time to gather all of the information needed as well as answer any questions. You can tell she is truly passionate about her job and cares for her patients. I feel lucky to have found a doctor like this.

Having worked with healthcare providers in various capacities personally and professionally, Dr. Cudjoe is one of the most warm and kind doctors I have met. She is insightful and thorough. Although I am new to her care, she has spent more time learning and sharing than most providers will in 10 visits. I am so thankful to have found her and look forward to working with her and her team.
