My longtime provider left Los Angeles &.I've been looking for a new knowledgeable replacement that listens to what I want &.delivers. After kissing 2 frogs, my trust, budget & face were distorted, to say the least. Then I found Beauty Vault. Local, friendly &.seemingly knowledgeable..so I made an appointment. Wow! They're all the above & more! Didn't try to tell me what was better for me than what I wanted, no price change once I'd arrived & listened to what I wanted, where I wanted it & the look that made me feel good about myself. AND actually suggested that I could try just half of what I paid for & return for the rest if I still wanted more. Or use the credit for a different treatment....a modern day miracle! I left happily positive & made an appointment for next time. They even called to check how I felt & if early results were what I wanted! I've married for less!! A stellar staff!

This is a lovely office in West Hollywood. It was very welcoming and the well informed assistant and medical aesthetician were both very nice, very patient in explaining i’m answering any questions, to make I could fulfill my wishes. I highly recommend Beauty Vault Med Spa.
