Brenda in the back office is efficient and very informative. She makes you feel comfortable and always greets you with a smile. I’m excited to see some results.

I have gone from a 38-inch waist to a 34. I have also noticed a huge increase in my endurance during physical activity. I have to admit, I felt a little awkward at first, usually being the only guy in the office, but the results were well worth it. All in all, it has been a positive experience and I would recommend Beach Cities to anyone looking to lose weight.

This place is awesome. Great staff and service. I highly recommend the Lipo Den shots to help with weight loss or to lower your body fat. It worked for me.

I'm down 10 lbs and 8 inches in the first month. Very friendly, cost efficient, clean and not shady. I don't feel weird, or stay up all night. I love that they start you on the lowest does and you still see improvements. I could have lost more if I exercised more.
