I truly enjoyed myself! The atmosphere, environment, the energy was relaxing and recharging for me. I doubt I would float at all based off my experience in the ocean. But I truly float with no issue. The lighting was great in the float room but once you turn them off, it’s an even resting relaxing moment to yourself. They got my business for sure. Plan to attend more, share this location and even try some other services too! I thanked my daughter for this experience, had it not been for her. I wouldn’t have known this place! Rewarding! My pics don’t do it justice. It’s best to visit and experience it yourself. I promise it’s worth it!

Their Sunday team consisting of La'Caria, Markeyta, and Brooke are all friendly, welcoming, genuine and helpful with every visit.
Their services are extensive from a variety of transformative float therapy rooms and a private and Infrared Sauna (amazing!), to Sound Healing, Laser Therapy, and much more. This little slice of heaven will allow you to reset after a long week, and put in perspective the things that are most important. Thank you Be Still Team, well done :) 💫

Woke up this morning and decided to find a float experience while in town. I'm so glad I found Be Still! Amazing Atmosphere, with Amazing workers! The Open Float Tank was Awesome and Very Relaxing! I'll definitely be coming coming back every time I'm in town!!

We were greeted with a pleasant young lady that first shared a video of what to expect in the float spa. Then we were asked to sit in the complimentary massage chairs while we waited to enter the sauna. We weren't asked if we were familiar with a sauna, and we're not, she said just push start when you're ready. Well we couldn't figure out how to get it started. So I put the provided robe on & went to the front & let the girl know we couldn't get the sauna started. So she happily came to help. She asked which one we wanted & I said we know nothing about saunas . I asked her what she recommended & she said I like relaxation & she set it on that. We were not told how to play music & about 35 minutes into the sauna I figured out how to get the music to play & then we had nice relaxing music. The float spa was enjoyable. I would've loved some relaxing music while in there. I also think it would be nice to have a changing room attached to the float spa, so you wouldn't have to come out in your robe & go into the changing room attached to the bathroom, which is down a little ways from the float pod to finish getting dressed. The floors in the float spa are wet from the pre & post shower. The upscale massage chairs didn't impress either one of us. My husband actually liked the complimentary chair better & switched to it the last fifteen minutes of the chair massage. Our overall experience was enjoyable even though we had some hiccups.
