Had micro blading laser removal done here with licensed laser tech Jana, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s professional, kind, & patient, great bed side manner, and I I’m pretty sure one session removed all of my old micro blading 🤯. The whole staff was kind. Excellent pricing as well. Jana Hernandez is an AMAZING Certified Laser Technician at Azul Medspa East! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes her time to make you feel comfortable and cared for during every appointment. I trust her completely — I’ve even started bringing my 13-year-old daughter to her for laser hair removal on her legs. I began with Brazilian laser hair removal, then added underarms, and now my legs — and I’ve seen a huge difference in all three areas. The results have been fantastic! I only request Jana for my appointments because she is simply the best at what she does. If you’re booking at Azul Medspa East, make sure to request Jana — you won’t regret it!
I have been coming here for about 3 years now and have received different types of treatments. Jana is my favorite laser tech because she’s super knowledgeable and shares many beauty techniques. She’s also patient and thorough with any and all services. The clinic offers many services and I haven’t had any issues so far. Do plan on continuing to be their customer.
Never got seen. I was told to come in at a specific time and waited 45 minutes before I got up and walked out. The lack of professionalism is what got me. You ask me to come in during a certain time slot...and think its ok to not honor that appointment? 👎🏼 I had high hopes for this place. Front desk staff was nice and sweet, but that was about it. I personally won't consider going back for anything if mismanaging appointment slots are a normal thing. Good luck to the business though.
I recently had a hydrofacial special with Jackie awesome experience. Would of enjoyed a little longer of a treatment but she was back to back with clients. I have also gone for my B12 treatments all the ladies are friendly and helpful. I hope they allow a single price for tixel instead of a package price. I don't want to commit to 3 treatments if I wanna try one first.
