I've been working with Kiley for a little over 5 weeks and its been life changing for me. I have lost over 30 lbs so far and feel great and energized. The weekly coaching sessions with Kiley have been great, she has been very supportive and especially helpful with helping introducing new food options for me that I wouldn't normally eat. I dont have the craving I used to for the unhealthy foods I used to eat!! I cant thank her and the whole Newton Team enough!
The AWAKEN 180 weight loss program has been an incredible experience for me. I have lost 46 pounds in 12 weeks and I could not be happier with the results. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you succeed. The food they provide is convenient, tastes great, and makes the entire process far easier to stay consistent with. I am using December as a partial maintenance month and then continuing with another 6 week stretch in January because the program has worked so well for me. I am grateful for the structure, the accountability, and the encouragement from the team. AWAKEN 180 has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health and I recommend it without hesitation.
Diet has been successful for me, but my wife has struggled with maintenance. Staff was professional and enjoyable to work with. Still is completely dependent on self-discipline, but the introduction of new foods and approach to meals is very helpful. Disappointed in lack of availability of certain products. Program is expensive.
I have been on the "At home" program, and have a tremendous coach. Janice is tops, I cannot say enough good about her. Her knowledge, and support are beyond words.
