As a long time patient I appreciated the care I got from Dr. Stella. The wait times were always hours long in some instances. However I will be seeking care elsewhere because of the billing company (IRCM) that they use. They used to send you your bills in the mail soon after service. About 2 or 3 years ago that stopped and they started to randomly call and tell you that you owe for services you already paid for. You used to be able to reach the front desk directly. Although they would tell you they can’t help with billing, now you either have to talk to some agent in a call center that has no clue about anything other than taking a message with no follow up, or an AI that takes a message. They haven’t even responded to my request to get my medical records. Very sad to see but happy about the prospect of getting better service elsewhere.

Dr Stella is great but her staff is no good they dont answer the phone and don't respond back to the patients . They will cause her to loose her patient.Please Staff get your act together.

Excellent medical clinic. Great Doctors - bright, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Office - clean. Services - efficient and excellent. Not much wait time. Dr. Elena - bright, intelligent, thoughtful and gracious but often absent on the day of appointments- twice. Two stars reduced because of poor front desk service - rude, defensive and unprofessional - mismanagement of appointments! Thank you.
