“Ashara Health has been such a lucky find in Laguna. I was looking for a whole-body form of care for my thyroid and hormonal challenges, and I found it with Blue Aura. Dr. Klea really listens to your concerns, and uses her extensive knowledge to come up with a plan that suits your needs, availability, and budget. All of the other practitioners here are very kind and helpful, as well as the front desk staff. I recommend looking into their monthly plans, as you get a lot of perks including weekly hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions and some red light therapy. “I had a wonderfully informative and successful experience at Ashara Health & Wellness with Dr. RD Marquiss. I came to Dr. Marquiss with a partially torn meniscus that was limiting my mobility and causing immense pain. He recommended and informed me about the benefits of a Wharton's Jelly (stem cell) injection. I was thoroughly impressed by his bed side manner, and vast knowledge of the process prior to administering the injection. I am an avid exercise enthusiast that runs, cycles, hikes, and lifts weights. After my meniscus tear, I went to an orthopedic surgeon who recommended surgery to repair or remove the affected portion of the meniscus. I opted for the holistic approach. Prior to the injection, I was unable to participate in my typical exercises and was limping at times. After the injection, I was back to light exercising and leg strengthening exercises within 2 weeks. I was back to comfortably running without pain after 1 month. Dr. Francis and his team of equally “relaxed” professionals makes you comfortable from the very first visit. It’s not just about comfortability, they are a team of highly dedicated and caring doctors. Physical wellness is really important to me at this time in my life, I believe they can, and will, help me in my quest. They have an amazing hyperbaric oxygen chamber in their offices (Laguna Beach) and it is accelerating my wound healing post operatively.
