Advanced Health of Oakbrook

I had an amazing experience at this chiropractic office and med spa! I received a chiropractic adjustment and a lash lift, and both were excellent. The doctor took their time, was very thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The office was extremely clean and well organized, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. My lash lift turned out beautiful and lasted for weeks. Highly recommend!

On 11/21/2025, I had one of the worst experiences of my life during a hair and tattoo removal appointment at Advanced Health of Oakbrook with an employee named Delani. It was apparent that Delani was not having a good day. While performing laser hair removal on my upper lip, she squeezed almost half a bottle of cooling gel onto my upper lip. The gel completely blocked my nostrils, and because my lips were required to remain closed during the treatment, I was unable to breathe. At the moment, it felt almost like a prank—but it absolutely was not. It was frightening and brutal. She reluctantly finished the treatment, and only afterward was I able to clean myself up. It was a terrible experience. During the tattoo removal on my right arm, she did not offer for me to lie down. Instead, she had me sit on the bed and completed the laser treatment roughly and carelessly. I later realized that the treatment did not work at all. I contacted the office and spoke with Chris, the doctor who seems to answer all incoming calls (which, frankly, raises concerns about how the business is run). I explained my experience with Delani. He apologized and told me that Katie would contact me, but I never heard from her or anyone else. Since I still need additional treatments, I have been trying to contact the office since last week. No one answers my calls. Today, Monday, 2/2/2026, I called seven times and sent text messages as well, but received no response. According to their website, they are open today. I believe my number has been blocked. What kind of business blocks a patient instead of addressing a serious concern? Do I trust a place like this? Absolutely not.

Dr. Chris and his team always takes such great care of my family! They go out of their way to make sure everyone is seen and feeling in good health! We’ve been loyal patients for almost 14 years now, and I have happily referred many friends and family.

I have been going to Advanced Health of Oak Brook for a few years now. They are all kind, professional and easy to work with. The office and rooms are clean and accommodating for whatever your needs are. I highly recommend this great group of professionals!

The Practitioner Dr.Mike is absolutely wonderful. I was nervous at first to come in but I feel completely comfortable being there. Everyone is always friendly and it smells amazing every time I come in! 10/10!!
