He listens, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients. Over the years I’ve also received care from another trusted chiropractor who once worked here, and I’m grateful for everything I learned from both. Dr. Z is amazing! I was barely able to walk or sleep at the start of this week due to a lower back injury, and am already standing upright again after 3 sessions. I am also sleeping soundly again! The highly-concentrated Turmeric he recommended is working wonders as well. He is a kind and compassionate physician that knows a TON about all-natural supplements, which I really appreciate. Dr. Ziegler and his staff are amazing. He has helped alleviate numerous sports injuries over the years through acupuncture treatments. In addition to addressing the acute injuries, his acupuncture methods are calming and soothing. I highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Chang for an acupuncture treatment when I had an ongoing lower back pain for 2 weeks. I have done 3 physical therapy sessions prior to that, along with 1 thai massage, 1 chiropractic session, and daily stretching/ mobility exercises, and I always felt like something in my back felt ‘collapsed’, like spinal discs/ tissue got shorter and I constantly wanted to stretch one side of my lower back, open up a space there. So after 1 acupuncture session I felt a noticeable difference where it helped space out something in my back and I felt I was walking straight and tall again, without a need of wearing a tight back brace. I was pleasantly surprised to see the positive effect just after 1 session. I went to a 2nd session one week later for maintenance purpose. I’m fixed now, and I will say of course it’s better to try various healing practices combined in your recovery program, and acupuncture is definitely one of the effective tools.

Dr. Ziegler has been amazing! After only a handful of sessions, I’m starting to feel confident my back issues can be resolved long term without needing surgery. I appreciate that he genuinely seems to care about getting me back into shape. I’m starting to feel balance in my body shifting back to a place that I haven’t felt since I was a teenager. I find his knowledge and recommendations to be highly valuable. This was missing in other conventional practices which had not worked for me prior. Thank you! 🙏
