I used to love and swear by this location but unfortunately since the practice went under new ownership in May of this year it’s gone down hill terribly. Policy changes implemented by new owners are communicated AFTER appointments are over. The sole injector at this location now is extremely nasty and condescending. The fillers offered have also changed and can no longer be refrigerated for your follow up appointments. Moving forward I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is not the 4Ever Young I grew to love. Extremely disappointing and I hope others are not blindsided and belittled by this new ownership and their employees.
