After experiencing 2 days of pain without relief, I decided to book an online same day evening appointment 45 minutes prior to time schedule. Filled out info provided prior to leaving home and it took less than 10 minutes. Check in was a breeze! The receptionist was very pleasant. My wait time to be seen was 5 minutes or less. The nurse was great!! I ended up having a small procedure and Buffy "Jo" Gross NP was awesome. Her bedside manners were impeccable. She was patient while listening to my complaint. I didn't feel rushed and she wasn't dismissive at all. She and the nurse (I can't believe I forgot your name) together were very caring and supportive. Thank you so much!

I was in and out, but was tested for all I needed to be tested for when I was under the weather. My prescription was called in really fast. I recommend this urgent care to anyone.
