I had a very positive experience with Dr. Chiasson. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to really listen to everything I’ve been going through, which meant a lot to me. I appreciate his thoughtful approach and his commitment to making sure we have the right testing completed so the best plan can be made. I’m hopeful moving forward and feel reassured being under his care. Thank you to Dr. Chiasson and the team for the professionalism, compassion, and support.
While Dr. Chiasson is amazing, I am angry that i reached out to the office for information regarding at least the location of where biopsies were taken (not results at that point) as i had 2 separate procedures, was told they didn’t know and would get back to me. Nothing. Then imagine my surprise when i received an alert from my PCP portal that the information was sent to them! And nothing in my Athena portal. Now, i have received the biopsy results in my PCP portal and still NOTHING from Dr. Chiasson’s office and still NOTHING in my Athena portal. I am furious that this is the level of non-communication and non-caring you find acceptable. Thank goodness for Dr. Chiasson as my provider: the office needs some serious improvement.
He’s an excellent Dr and 10 yrs ago did a hernia repair and my gastric sleeve surgery. I have chronic pain issues with Eherls Danlos Syndrome, RA,fibromyalgia,migraines etc. Dr Chaisson was very compassionate and helpful. Genuinely cares about his patients. He will hopefully be able to do a revision for me soon. Started the process to see what’s going on. I really trust him and know so many others do too.
Dr. Chiasson and team are beyond awesome. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive. No matter the reason for call or visit, they try their best and deliver superb client service. I highly recommend their office of experts. You’ll be treated like family.
