Very upsetting. I had a good experience last time with Jennifer so I came back expecting the same great service. This time I got a different technician, Jade, I came in for a regular pedi and a SNS dip with extension. The pedi was good, she did the only scrub and exfoliating with color. Then when it came time for the nails, it went all down hill. I told her I wanted an almond shaped nails which she said “okay, almond shaped”, she proceeded to give me round shaped but it was slanted and uneven round shaped. I kept trying to nicely correct her and even tried to show her what I wanted but before I would finish my sentence; she kept trying to reshape it and reshape it, resulting in my extension getting shorter and shorter. Finally, I just said “no, this isn’t the shape I wanted” and showed her a picture. She goes “ohh you wanted point.” Even though, the picture I showed her was titled “almond shaped nails”(added photo). Then she reshaped it once again for cat nails…I just stopped her completely. Her in frustration and me in frustration. I tried to resolve it with her saying, “forget about the almond shape. Do the shape you can do” but she did not want to try anymore and I respected that. I asked her “would you like me to pay for the pedicure at least?”, she said “yes” and took me to the front where the total came to be $52. And I thought in my head that’s more the usual regular pedi and I confirmed with her, “is this the price of a regular pedicure?” She answered, “yes with color.” Which is strange because regular pedi includes color so I looked at their website which it is $42 WITH COLOR(added photo).I asked her for a receipt and there was an up-charge(added photo). She had up-charged me $10 for the heel calluses removal. Not once did she asked me if I wanted it removed and that there is extra cost. Now mad, I asked to talk to the manager and explained. She told me to wait and she would refund me $10. But after waiting close to 10 mins, I was fed up. I walked out of there mad with unappealing nails and smooth heels I guess. 2/5 for their communicate and service

My husband and I came today to get him a pedi and myself a basic pedi and full set. He enjoyed himself and so did I for the most part. Towards the end of my set, I told the gentleman that there was white left on my nail (before he cured it) and the gentleman just waved it off…. Dismissed it. Well here is the photo of the left hand which was great and the right hand- 3 out of 5 fingers have white on it as you can see in the photo. Kinda disappointed that both hands couldn’t be great especially when it was an easy and quick fix.

We’ve been coming here since they opened ages ago and have never once been disappointed! Amazing to see how much they’ve grown and continued to get better over the years. Today, I did both a signature pedicure and the head spa, both of which were incredible. Highly recommend the head spa - comes with a very thorough head / neck / face / scalp massage that immediately relieved my tension headache. Super kind staff and management too!

Had an amazing experience here! Staff was pleasant and patient. I picked a bad color initially and they helped me pick an NEW color for the occasion. Will definitely be coming back!

I requested one style at first, and I also show a picture of the style I wanted to the lady, and her response was ok, when she was about to finish, and was going to start to do the style I requested, she saids i will do another style because I can't do the style you showed me , and in my head was like ok you should told me before, but I was trying to be polite and I said do what you can, mi nails came out horrible nothing like the style I requested, but that's not the worst part when I asked how much ? the price was to high, I don't mind to pay for something beautiful and worth it, but this was crazy, my friend and my daughter get their nail done too and doesn't even like their nails, no one get the requested style, the lady at the front was charging us 20 dollars more of the price, and one of the others ladies who works there told her why she was charging us a lot, and them she saids that French is more expensive and the lady was like you crazy bla bla bla etc, they were arguing back and forth, and they end it up giving us $20 dollars back, i paid my for my ugly French nails $80 my daughters nails French as well $80 And my friend $80 too. Plus my daughters asked for her toes nails painted gel and only for the painted toes nail I paid $40 and honestly the price was not worth it. I will never come to this place again + she took 2 hours for my ugly full set, i know many places around the area that their works worth the price, but I wanted to try something new and I totally regret it .
