This clinic is a scam! I agree with previous post. I had the same exact experience..called to verify specific tests are covered by insurance. They told me it was covered over the phone. I came in for appointment, paid my copay. Lady comes in to tell me afterwards, the tests were not covered so I walked out of the office without even seeing doctor. I received call back and spoke with one of them, who I’m more familiar with, she tells me…”no, the girl is new she doesn’t know, it’s covered by insurance, can you please come back”. I’m already upset with first encounter, but I give them benefit of doubt and go back, take the tests for my child, then later receive a bill; I complained to them about it, and this same person threatened me and said “I’ll just forward this to the debt collector”. I’m so furious with the poor services! There are so many of them and no one is holding themselves accountable for anything. I am usually very passive and considerate, but this is drawing the line when dealing with people’s lives and money. I also work in the medical field and this is very unprofessional and unethical. I withdrew my family from going back to them, requested for medical records and I’m still waiting for that email/follow up. They are a SCAM! Do not go here!

Worst experience ever!!! I had taken my son and he was to be seen by Dr Tracey. The doc who saw my son was an Indian male doctor with the worst bedside manner. He shamed me for asking questions and asked what my relation to the patient was!! Unbelievable!!! This doc was giving antibiotic to my son who has allergy and when I asked why..he said “are u a doc. i have studied many yrs to be one”…well he prolly failed med school because he could not tell me why hes giving antibiotics for allergies!!

2 Days Of BS. Let me just start of with Dr. Tracey V. is terrific! The staff however is horrible. I went in to get vaccines for my daughter was told over the phone that is was free, I check in, give the insurance card and nothing was said to me about my insurance not paying for the vaccines. They already had the needles ready and were going to poke my daughter when one of the staff members came in the room and notified me of the receptionist mistake. I left and called to see if the doctor could send a prescription note for the vaccines to Wal-Mart so she could get them there for free. I was told yes, would be in by the latest the next day. Day 2, nothing was sent to Wal-Mart. I call again and get what I was suppose to have gotten the day before over the phone😑 They sent me the doctors progress report stating I would be able to use that but Wal-Mart couldn’t use that. So I call back AGAIN stating that and the receptionist who answers the phone just saying HELLO tells me “SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT” 🤯 I tell her to transfer me to someone that could help and then that receptionist tells me “Can you call back later” I talked to multiple receptionists, my husband had to get on the phone because at this point this was ridiculous. At the end of all this Dr. Tracey had to help us.

Took my daughter for a visit. They took very long to attend us. I requested for a school note which I was told will be emailed to me. The email I received had someone else’s drivers license in the attachment. It is not acceptable to send out others private information. They need to be more careful before emailing information.

Dr tracey vuong is a very good pediatrician. She literally spent 30 mins answering all my questions with patience. She explains things clearly. Definitely one of the best pediatricians we encountered so far.
