I when I used this company, they were ok but I have asked them to please take my name off of their call list. I have a prescription with them for the Dexcom G7 cgm but I no longer see that Dr any longer and I have another Dr and another company filling this prescription. I asked the representative to please take me off the call list (and have asked 3 times) and he told me "we'll call you back in a couple of days" and he hung up the phone. I've asked them to please stop calling me every day (it is almost every day for the past few months) on a recorded line and do not call at all and do not text or email me. I have no business with them. The only reason I put to email me is because it's a required field but I don't want email correspondence at all either. They have become the biggest daily pests of junk calls and won't stop bugging me daily.

I used to LOVE Healthy Living. They were quick, responsive, able to answer questions. And then they went to Adapt Health and I very much dislike them. Invoicing and billing is not clear, customer support is not as helpful, MyApp is awful. They used to be the best, not so much since the change.
Nicholas was our technician. He did a wonderful job explaining how the scooter Works took his time. Made sure we understood everything answered all our questions. Thank you.
This is not the first issue I've had with this company. I've filed a complaint before. The people that work for this company are completely incompetent. They consistently lie to customers. Since I filed my first complaint, about a year ago, I've not had any issues until yesterday. On 4/29/25, Healthy Living contacted me by text message, as they do every month, to reorder my 5-year-old's diabetic supplies. During that exchange, I was told the order had been completed & processed and would be shipped "within the next few days." Yesterday, I'd realized that we'd never received her supplies. It'd been exactly 3 full weeks since the supply order was confirmed. I logged into the online portal to check the status of the order, to then find the status listed as "preparing for shipment." I contacted a representative, who told me that they had "just received the updated prior authorization" from the insurance company, & that their "data collections group is still checking, reviewing, & validating" said paperwork. This is something they will tell you every time your shipment is late. This is a lie, according to my insurance company as well as my daughter's doctor. I've had other representatives tell me this when my daughter's supplies have been late previously, but prior authorization is only done 1x/year, which was also confirmed by another representative. When I asked this representative why this is constantly happening, especially without notification that the shipment has been delayed, they disconnected me from the chat without any sort of response. The shipment has been magically shipped today, 5/21/25, almost a full month since the order had been confirmed. This is unacceptable coming from a company that provides diabetics with supplies that are a necessity. My child has previously gone days or weeks without supplies due to this company's negligence.
My mind is blown by all the other people leaving reviews having the exact same problem as me. This company used to be great but now every month is a nightmare. The constant back and forth has caused me to miss an entire month of supplies before. They are always saying they need prior auth before filling which makes no sense when the RX is for a year. This place is a nightmare and I cannot wait to switch to something else
