I’m sure you have some relationship with some of the local dermatologists, but the prescription was to be used rather than a simpler and much less expensive agent with decades of safe use. This newer agent required pre-approval by my primary internist. After looking up some of the data, I saw no overwhelming rationale for going down this pathway. I sent a response to the special pharmacy but they keep after me. One e- mail cancelling should have been sufficient.

I called the pharmacy to add my insurance and they were very respectful and patient with me. My insurance was added in no time and the link was updated almost immediately to confirm delivery. My prescription was originally scheduled for a Friday but was delivered on Wednesday. No complaints with this pharmacist at all.
