This place is great. I had searched urgent care near me and this got the best ratings by far and was much closer. So I took the week-old splinter in my thumb here to get it removed (ok, not that urgent but I didn't want it to get even further lodged). The nurse was able to get it to the surface above the dry winter skin using peroxide. Once the tiny tip was visible, two of them teamed up to extract it with forceps, one gently squeezing while the other edged it out, no cutting needed. Very friendly, cheap and quick fix.

Out of town and went to the nearest UC clinic open. Arrived at 8:15p with a published closing time of 9p. Upon arrival there was an overnight flooring remodel of the small lobby underway that had recently began. The door sign reflected open and was unlocked. I proceeded to the counter without the construction being halted at all. Poor managment and oversight. Upon exiting the building the door was locked and sign reversed.
Fairly unacceptable that the overnight remodel began during business hours opposed to waiting until closing time, just 45 minutes away. As I arrived another vehicle pulled in. Although business may have been slow there I find it hard to believe much additional progress would have occurred by starting early.

The hours say open until 11 PM, but they are not. The only thing that’s open until 11 is the telehealth. They will help you via text, but not in person.

My daughter had ear infection and tried to see someone at CVS but they were going to close early by 2:30 so didn't want to accept any one new even though we were there at 2. North Texas Medicare was open and Dr Lee was the one who saw her. He was very knowledgeable and called in antibiotics for ear infection. Dr Lee was very pleasant to deal with and I highly recommend him.

This is not an urgent care or a primary care clinic. This is a med spa. How do I know? I showed up and I thought I was in the wrong place because it is a med spa inside. The Waiting area is an advertisement for Botox and fillers. Brochures, specials, etc. everywhere.Upon inquiring, they told me that they cannot help. This is after confirming and reconfirming this appointment about 20 times, and knowing exactly what I was coming to the Office for.
So yeah, it’s not an urgent care. They need to take that sign off because it is dangerous to have people coming there when they need to be seeking actual medical attention.
