I would recommend NSI to anyone. They reached out when they received my referral. My appointment was scheduled within 2 weeks. The online registration was a fairly simple one. The ladies at reception were friendly. I was promptly taken to a room. The lady that did my intake was friendly and professional. Crystal was the NP that I saw and she was wonderful! She put me at ease immediately. She was patient and kind and had a good sense of humor. I felt that her examination was thorough. She explained her diagnosis and the plan that I was to follow in understandable terms and answered all of my questions. I left feeling heard and taken care of. 😊

Dr Schemedes and his team at the National Sinus Institute are quite simply wonderful. They are all new to me and inspired confidence and comfort from our 1st meeting. It is not easy finding doctors who are professional, qualified, confident, gentle and caring, but I did. Dr S’s staff caries that same collection of traits. With all of them, I felt confident, well cared for, and in capable hands whose touch echoed their sincere care about me as their patient. No medical procedure is fun or fear free. But the Sinus Institute and Dr Schemedes made it as easy, comfortable and successful as I could ever have hoped for. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I want to say that the actual service and the people there are great but giving it 1 star until they fix their damn phone service.
I call them say there 6 people ahead of me. 20mins later says I'm next in line. Then for next 30 mins just keep saying everyone is busy. I see in other reviews people have similar issue seem like their phone queue is completely broken. Wasted over 1hr in queue, I'm sorry but I don't have time to waste like that.
