I’m not normally one to leave a review, but my experience here was so poor I feel as though I owe it to others to share the word; if you want thoughtful, comprehensive, timely care, do NOT come here. In fact, my experience here was been so poor that I question their integrity as a medical institution and am not sure you can trust the “care” you receive here. The incompetence was staggering at every stage of the process. My story starts as soon as I walked into the center and was greeted by an uncanny robot that insisted it could check me in faster than the front desk staff. Its loudspeaker blares questions and personal information at you in a waiting room full of people, and in the end it didn’t even successfully work for me, prompting me to check in with the real humans at the desk. No one wants to talk this creepy robot—hire more real people instead. After all the troubles with checking me in were resolved, I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time until I was finally taken back to an exam room. The medical assistant who took my history and vitals was rushing through the process and missed basic steps. The blood oxygen sensor malfunctioned, but more alarmingly my temperature was never taken, two crucial measures needed in diagnosing potential illnesses. I was especially surprised by this considering one of my chief complaints was a fever. Instead, I saw the previous patient’s temperature written into my chart which could lead to misdiagnosis and a lack of proper medical information. I was told the doctor would see me in 5 minutes. 45 minutes pass and I received absolutely 0 updates from anyone on the care team. I understand that it’s easy to fall behind, but the least the staff could do is to keep me informed instead of leaving me sitting sick and alone in the exam room wondering if I was forgotten about. At one point I left my room to get water from the water fountain only to discover it was broken, and heard another patient come out to inquire about the extreme lack of wait time. Finally the doctor came in and performed the world’s most perfunctory exam. She barely asked about my symptoms, barely looked at back of my throat, and talked so fast I couldn’t even understand what she was saying. She seemed to not know what tests the medical assistant had already performed and did not thoroughly examine me before deciding to prescribe me antibiotics. I’m writing this as I sit at my pharmacy still waiting for my script to come through. I called the facility to get an update on its transmission and was told it would be sent in 30 minutes. I returned 4 hours later and my pharmacy still hadn’t received anything from Nao Medical. I called AGAIN to inquire what the hold up was; my pharmacy closes in an hour and I need this medicine. I was promised it would be sent in 30 minutes to no avail. I called yet again and demanded to be connected directly to the clinic, as I had 15 minutes until my pharmacy would close. It took 6.5 hours and three phone calls to get a simple prescription sent. At the end of the day I don’t trust that this place can perform even basic medical diagnosis and procedures in a timely manner. The inability to communicate with patients and complete lack of care and comprehensiveness when being seen has totally eroded my trust in this institution. Don’t waste your time going here. The ER would likely be a better experience than Nao Medical.

My employee recent visit to this urgent care was greatly improved by the exceptional front desk team of Hula and Hassatou. From check-in to discharge, both were models of professionalism, helpfulness, and attentiveness. They managed the front with impressive efficiency and seamless teamwork, handling paperwork and logistics smoothly while never losing their personal, caring touch. What stood out was their shared ability to listen patiently to my concerns and provide clear, reassuring communication during a stressful time. Their compassionate and coordinated effort at the front desk truly set a supportive tone for my entire visit, demonstrating that excellent patient care begins the moment you walk through the door
Love the people and service here generally speaking; the provider is always thoughtful, patient, thorough and seems to genuinely care. A great doctor / nurse experience. The remote - robot check-in device & process, however, I did not enjoy. I tend to eagerly embrace new tech, am all for innovation, especially in the health care space, and have bothing against the approach in principle, but I did not appreciate the disembodied telecom voice loudly announcing some of my information in such a way that the entire lobby can't really help but overhear it .... clearly. It's not so much that there was info of mine I wasn't comfortable having be heard, but there could be sometime, and I just also think it's not terribly considerate to subject patients to such an interaction and public airing of certain data. This is just one aspect of an experience that overall is quite positive, and just one disappointing element in an otherwise very satisfying doctor's visit.
I was there on Sunday afternoon during the holiday weekend. The place was almost empty and the staff were very kind. The doctor was also very nice and explained the details very well. I ended up tested flu. The doctor sent the prescription to where it is still open to act fast, which was very helpful.
I visited the Nao Medical facility and it is clean and the atmosphere is inviting. I just wished that my mother stitches could have been handled there. The staff is friendly and showed patience. I appreciate that much, being that my mother is blind.
