As someone who has worked as a pharmacy tech for years, I can confidently say I have never seen a pharmacy operate as efficiently and accurately as this one. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and their customer service goes above and beyond every single time. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about getting things right the first time. Their delivery service is unbelievably fast and reliable truly a game-changer for patients who depend on timely medications. I appreciated mine being delivered on time. Mountain Care Pharmacy sets the standard for what a pharmacy should be. I’m continually impressed and incredibly grateful for their accuracy, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommend.

The injector pens for the tirzepatide are incredibly wasteful. I lose so much extra medicine every week because it leaks as soon as I put the needle tip on, and when I take it out it leaks as well. This all came out after my injection. I had to RUSH to take the needle tip off of the pen before I lost any more. Not pictured was the drop on the counter after my injection. For 300 dollars I’d expect better. These pens are awful. Edit: here’s what’s left over in my pen after my last dose. I’m on 12.5mg and the pen only let me dial up to 10mg, and then had this much leftover that I couldn’t get out. Wasteful wasteful wasteful.

All I can say is "WOW!" This Pharmacy is the best! They are thorough, pay great attention to detail and quickly to respond to questions....through text, email and my doctor these Pharmacists are perfection! It is such a joy to deal with people who care about their patients and work like these people do....only in Idaho!!!! My doctor sends them my prescription and in the same day they reach out to me by text. They verify my identity and ask questions about any side effects I might be having and if I have any questions. They send me a link for a video that goes over all the information regarding my prescription. Then their Pharmacists make sure everything is in order. They send me a link to pay and it's shipped out the same day - Overnight. I receive tracking through my email and it is delivered via UPS in a climate controlled package. They follow up to make sure I received it and double check if I have any questions. Then when it's time for a refill they reach out to me to see if I want to start the refill process. All I can say is Thank You and keep up the fantastic work!

It is easier than I thought to renew my prescription online. Questions and choices are clear and easy to input the answers. I also called the pharmacy to find out if I could have ship to a different address. They were very helpful with telling me how to change the information and about how long shipping would take.
