At first they seemed great. As time and visits went on I felt less and less about it. They have poor communication with patients. I was told to make a follow up appointment to redo blood work and when I came in for the redo I was told I didn’t need this appointment or the blood work and waisted $120 and my time. They should have called me to cancel or refund my money. I had complained multiple times about fatigue and it was always pushed off as a side effect from a medication I’m on. After seeing multiple people I finally found someone who listened and was diagnosed with a tumor on my pituitary gland. If Health express listened to my concerns this would have been caught nearly 2 years ago… I would not recommend them, as they only want your money and to sell you injections you really don’t need. Find someone who will listen to you even if it takes multiple people and tries. You know your body better than any provider so listen to your body. Do what’s right…healthcare in Nevada is awful and this just proved how difficult it really is. They also have been using new grads or students NPs and there was one that was so awkward I thought I was being filmed on impractical jokers it was that bad. They were literally reading word for word questions and they obviously had no people skills. It was the most uncomfortable visit, I should have walked out then. Stay away.

I’ve had great experiences at this clinic. Everyone is friendly and caring, and my visit with Cristina was no exception. She is knowledgeable, took her time to listen, and explained everything clearly. It didn’t feel rushed, and I left feeling confident about my care. The whole team at Health Xpress is welcoming and professional. Highly recommended if you want someone who really hears you and makes you feel comfortable.

I have been with this office for a couple of years and it hasn't been pleasant. I had two recent appointments and both were very displeasing. On 10/25 I had an appointment to refill my medicine and check up on my diabetes the appointment was at 1:30 they took me straight back and then took forever to come in, the office was pretty empty but there was one person in front of me. A guy came in very friendly took my blood and said the provider would be in soon. I can hear them speaking to each other and the provider asked something about my insurance and then decided she wasn't going to see me she would wait until my next appointment although I had question I decided they could wait till my next visit. The next Saturday I went back to only be told that I wasn't going to see the provider again she was busy. The lady that helped me ensured that my medicine would be refilled and discussed my blood work with me. Here we are today 11/13/25 and Christina still haven't filled my medicine and when I called they said I would have to be seen again which makes no sense because I've been seen twice and never by the provider. This isn't the first time something like this happened with this same provider but the last time it was with my mom. If she doesn't want to service people with Medicaid maybe this office shouldn't take the insurance. She is very unprofessional. The office staff is very pleasant and extremely nice but the providers aren't. They loss an amazing provider losing Janelle and I wish she was still with the practice because I know she would have made sure I had my medicine and any concerns handled immediately.

Cristina helped me get back in my feet good quick and in a hurry when I was sick and down. She knew exactly what was going on with me and prescribe the right medication to get me right. Her bed side manor is top notch and you can tell she actually cares. If you need quick care for minor to moderate ailments and don’t want to wait days or weeks for a primary care appointment, I recommend coming here. Thanks again Cristina and staff for getting me back up and feeling good again !

Here we go again. This business clearly is falling apart. To be responding to patients in such a hostile manner. Embarrassing for you. Give me a call, please. I’d love to chat with whoever is responding. ADDED PHOTOS OF RECEIPT OF VISIT. Shame on you. Used to frequent the old Durango office. It was fine. Ever since they opened the new Durango office, I tried to walk in 3 times over the months and it’s not staffed. We even called beforehand. “The phone line goes to both offices, sorry they didn’t tell you.” So, they send me to the Henderson location. It’s no better, except for maybe a little because they do have a doctor working. I walked in at 4:06pm. Did not leave until just about 6. It was not busy. This location is CLEARLY also understaffed. I feel bad for the medical professionals this doctor hires, they are trying their best, but this doctor has no business having two locations.
