I checked several Groupons for a GLP 1 and I’m very glad I chose Health Source. The medical form was easy to fill out and very thorough in order to be sure I was a good candidate for this medication. Most of all I was extremely happy with the Health Source customer service representatives. They responded to my questions in a timely fashion and followed up to be sure I was satisfied. I get my medication tomorrow and feel confident I will get all the support I require.

The staff provided prompt, clear information and guidance at every step, which made me feel confident and well supported. The medical team was readily available to answer my questions about the medication, my progress, and any potential side effects, and their responses were always reassuring and informative. What stands out most is the level of attentiveness and genuine care. Even though the service is online, it feels personal and responsive. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering safe, reliable, and supportive care.
I tried to get help from this company and another one from Groupon. They were the absolute worst customer service experience ever. When I realized that I just best get the product, even though it wasn't the correct option. It was impossible to get ahold of a human. I left atleast 30+ emails, and there answers were mainly the same. I felt very ignored. Not important. But when I left the first review, I actually was contacted finally asking me to "remove it" and they will give me a $35 refund. I paid $96 plus $30? So no. Too late.
Groupon experience was smooth and easy and a great deal! For a GLP-1, even without the discount it is a great price. Just waiting on my medication and I am so excited to get started!
