⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care at Elite Urgent Care. Dr. Romik Zadourian My wife’s condition was a true emergency, and from the moment we arrived at Elite Urgent Care, we knew we were in the right place. Dr. Romik Zadourian immediately began diagnosing her condition, taking the time to explain everything clearly and in detail before starting treatment. His calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate approach gave us instant reassurance during a very stressful time.The entire staff from check-in to the nurses—were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The facility itself is outstanding: spotlessly clean, fully equipped like a brand-new hospital, and designed with private rooms and high-tech equipment that made us feel comfortable and well cared for. After several hours of IV fluids, medications, and blood tests, we received the results, prescriptions, and most importantly, peace of mind. My wife was feeling more comfortable, and we were able to return home knowing she was properly treated.What truly sets Dr. Zadourian apart is that the care didn’t end there. He personally followed up with my wife afterward to check on her condition and offer further recommendations. That level of dedication and humanity is incredibly rare.I truly cannot say enough about this man, he is not just a doctor, but a blessing. A true human being, even a saint. Told me that I am in the network when I made appointment , (I have Anthem blue cross ppo. ) and it will only be a co -pay . Send me surprise bills for hundreds of dollars , months later. MP saw me for 10 minutes no tests , no bloodwork no X-rays were conducted. Minor complain. Billed my insurance for 600$ dollars, charged for 45 minutes visit.(lie) .. insurance paid 244$ and they still send me two bills for hundreds. I paid one bill (my bad) and then received another bill. The overcharging insurance and you. if you walk into any other urgent care just mile away and pay out of pocket it will cost you 3 times less than that …. Fraudulent practice.. Stay away. Don’t trust them when they tell you about being in the network. Report to the business bureau.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They did not bother to tell me that they did not take my insurance. Got a flu swab and was charged over $600. When I called to find out why, they said they did not know my insurance was out of network. Well, neither did I and they refused to adjust the charge. As if that was not bad enough, I got another random charge for $300 that I'm still fighting with them about. Good luck getting someone to call you back from this terrible place. If you want surprise bills constantly (where they just charge your card) go here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr. Zadorian and the ladies, Monse and Atous, are all wonderful people — so caring and compassionate. The doctor is very knowledgeable, and the clinic is exceptionally well-equipped. We are truly grateful for their care.

I had a wonderful experience at Elite Urgent Care. Dr. Zadorian was extremely thorough, informative, and genuinely attentive to my needs. I left feeling comfortable and reassured with his diagnosis, and I truly appreciated that he recommended what was best for me without suggesting unnecessary medication. The clinic provides a wide range of services, and their flexible hours make it easy to fit into a busy schedule. I will definitely be returning and will gladly recommend Elite Urgent Care to friends and family.
