I wish I could give The Dream Team @ Delray Medical Center 10 stars !!! From registering, to paying, to the hernia operation, the team members and procedures were STELLAR. I am so grateful for Denise, the pre-op nurse, Sean, who pumped me up with anesthesia, and the additional RNs who helped with the surgery - Jocelyn, Katie, and Kitchie. The entire team was professional, caring, and provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They did all of this with a sense of humor and empathy for the patient!!! Kudos to Dr. Mariano Faresi for an easy hernia removal laproscopy!!! His team member Anna deserves an employee of the year award for her extra hours working out the last minute problems. I highly recommend the Delray Medical Center for their 10 star customer service & can't thank Denise. Sean, Jocelyn, Katie and Kitchie enough!!! May all of you be blessed abundantly for your hard work and professionalism!!!

I had successful surgery with Dr Recio who was very good. Before and after my procedure the staff had been very helpful and made me comfortable. Nurse Richard , Ariana and Jen assistant nurse were all very good. When I call the came fast. The food service and the food was good. The room was kept clean. The team at this hospital truly amazing . The sign on the wall is perfectly done. The care experience coordinator was so nice to Chuck on me and made sure I was given the best possible care by everyone . What a great teamwork. I highly recommend the hospital to everyone

It has been the best experience possible given the situation. Everyone starting from the pre-op team to the nurses on the 4th floor have been amazing. Our pre-op team, Trish, Liza and everyone that was available to ease my sister with her needle phobia. During the surgery, Ginna kept us up to date with the status and was reassuring always with a smile and empathy. Overall we have been able to focus on recovery because the staff has taken care of everything else. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job!!

Rama night nurse was very attentive, caring and pleasant. She showed great care . Camille was also very good and compassionate. Tamar day shift nurse was excellent, and attentive. EVS staff Rose can everyday to clean the room. The surgical in patient team was very helpful to me. I highly recommend this hospital to all who needs medical care.

Everyone has been great. The ER staff was great and Ashley from ICU stopped by with very helpful info. Dr. Kendall Johnson was also very helpful. The gentleman who did my CT scan w/contrast was excellent and made the process easy. Moved to CVSDU and the staff is outstanding. The names I can remember are Katrina, Danielle, Shamel, Sujinni, Shiann, and Joel come to mind. I'm what is known as a very "hard stick" and the phlebotomy team were very caring and tried to get blood as easily as possible. I have to give a shout out to the gentleman I nicknamed "one stick Dave" who used his 38 years of experience to insert a power glide IV. It was so well done in just one try. Emilio was very entertaining while doing blood sugar checks. Alice in Housekeeping was helpful and offered to do even more than needed.
