Dr. Jacob and the team at Cornerstone are fantastic — welcoming and truly focused on patient care. Having the strength/pt facility right next door makes treatment incredibly convenient and comprehensive. The small group functional strength classes with Liz have also been great — challenging but can be modified around injury. I recommend them to anyone looking for comprehensive, effective care.
The entire team at Cornerstone has been great! I came in with multiple issues and Dr. Fergus created a comprehensive treatment plan that’s already been showing some good results. I like how they incorporate different methods and give you things to do at home. The office has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere and everyone there is very nice!
8 months ago I was referred to Cornerstone for my frozen shoulder. Dr Fergus provided a combination of care including chiropractic manipulation, shockwave therapy, and physical therapy. Now I’m also doing Foundational Fitness classes with Liz who was also instrumental in my physical therapy rehab. When I first started at Cornerstone, my shoulder pain was around a 7 on a daily basis and is now around a 1. My mobility and strength is vastly improved too. The team here is friendly, professional and supportive. They are also willing to pivot to help with other issues that arise as time goes on. They work together and make you feel safe and supported and give you hope that you will not only fully heal but be stronger than before.
Dr. Ben and his team are awesome! Loved the clear goal setting at the start of my treatment plan. Feels great to also have support from athletic trainers worked into my care plan. They also treat pediatric patients. Dr. Jacob treated my 3yo and was great with her!
Everyone in the Cornerstone office immediately welcomed me with open arms. As soon as I needed an appointment, I got one within a day and they were able to evaluate me and take care of me and get me progressing towards the next steps of becoming an athlete again. Dr. Fergus played an immense role in this and creating my plan to get back to the pitch. Not only Dr. Fergus, but every person I’ve worked with at Cornerstone has been educated, very good at providing me challenges, personalized care and good feedback. Wouldn’t be where I am without them!
