I've never had a problem with CPA. They send reminders when you're due for a refill, make it easy to request a refill through texting, and fill your order promptly and accurately. They will even mail your prescription if you request. Courteous staff is a bonus!
Be aware of this pharmacy. They don't value the life's of their patients. They sent me the wrong prescription, a drug address to someone else. If I wasn't attentive to reading the label, I would have injected myself with a medication that might have ended my life. Please, if you must buy here.. always read detailly your medication label detailed, irrespective of how many times you've ordered before.
The staff is great. Love the topical compound! A little pricey, but I am using the product more regularly than with packets.
I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with CPA Pharmacy that have cost me time, money, and patient trust. Most recently, my rep confirmed my order was correct—then called back saying it somehow shipped to multiple wrong addresses. He initially offered to help, but completely ghosted us on the day we tried to resolve the issue. No returned calls, no accountability, nothing. This is the second major mistake I’ve dealt with. The first time, they sent nearly expired meds (21 days shelf life) and only offered to replace one vial out of a multi-vial order. How is that acceptable? Unlike other pharmacies that own their mistakes and offer solutions, CPA has been consistently unreliable and dismissive. I’ve now had to absorb the cost of their errors—twice. If you care about consistency, integrity, and actual customer service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
I would give a zero rating for this review if possible. Poor communication with customers. Poor communication with provider. Various excuses. I have never worked with a more incompetent pharmacy. Rest assured, they will charge your credit card without fulfilling your prescriptions. Waiting on a refund. We will see if they can accomplish this task.
