Kristin was very patient in listening to the issues I’m having regarding not only my balance, but my hearing loss and joint, neck and back pain. She was thorough in explaining the next steps regarding x-rays, speaking with DTS regarding a plan of action and getting approval with the VA for care through community care.

I originally signed up for services back in Feb 2025. I had surgery and ended up canceling and requesting a refund on June 10. Received a document showing the amount of refund and would take 6-8 weeks. Near the end of the 8 weeks I called to find out status of refund. Was told they’d have to ask billing and would get back in touch. They never did. I called and called for days with nobody answering either location. On 8/4 I had to file a dispute with my cc company. And posted a negative review at their Fort Myers location - well they immediately responded to my negative review on google. But still never heard from anyone at the office. It’s now been 11 weeks, the cc company still hasn’t received any refund nor has heard from this company. Don’t believe them when they tell you that you can get a refund if not satisfied or can’t continue with service.
Amazing leadership, amazing staff! I'm about 30 days into my treatment and already experiencing great improvement. The staff here is incredible and makes you feel like you're part of a family and not just a patient with a number on a chart. Highly recommended!
