I came to Aviva Pharmacy as a new patient from another pharmacy in Southern California. My primary care physician called in my medications on a Friday. They didn’t have any record of my medications being called in and they said they couldn’t help me when I called in. If you are new to Long Beach, do not use this pharmacy, they won’t help you.
Personalized service from an amazing local business. I have been coming here for routine vaccinations since 2021, and I highly recommend them for all your Rx needs.
Small pharmacy, but I love it very professional. They always call me to let me know my medications are ready. I have been experiencing difficulties with the backorder of my medication for several months at other pharmacies and this pharmacy has been able to fill my prescription with no problem. They have amazing customer service, they are so kind and caring. The pharmacist is amazing he will answer all questions and concerns. I highly recommend Aviva Pharmacy in Long Beach.
This is our go to pharmacy whenever we visit our parents in So Cal. The pharmacist is very caring and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond, making us feel cared for and special. The staff are always warm and friendly. Our prescriptions are always filled very quickly. This place is more than a pharmacy. You always feel so valued and cared for, and that's why I am giving it five stars. (Our parents live in OC, but whenever we need to pick up a prescription for mom and dad, we come here because we simply love Aviva!!)
Great service. Brought my son who’s 10 for his 1 st shot and they accept walk ins so I got my booster at the same time. Great bonding experience. Had toys, cold drinks and snacks for all. Will be bringing my parents for their boosters. They have all 3 types of boosters and all types of Covid vaccines. Quick, no lines, in and out and no appointment needed.
