I have been a patient of Dr. Katie Jarrett twice in the past year. Once for a hip injury from skating and now an unrelated neck issue. She has been very helpful with both injuries. Under her expert care my hip pain has resolved. We are still working on my neck which has significantly improved with her guidance. I found her to be very knowledgeable and flexible in her overall approach to treatment. She is also very personable and easy to get along with. One benefit at this facility is private rooms for care vs open gyms at most therapy facilities. I heartily recommend Dr. Jarrett and AIM PT

I first discovered Jay Palladino back in 2010, after a traffic accident left me with whiplash. At the time, he was practicing in Beverly Hills, and he promised not just to heal my injury—but to make me better than I was before. He delivered on that promise, resolving the whiplash and addressing a host of chronic back issues that had been quietly plaguing me. Flash forward to 2025. I’ve moved to the South Bay and am now dealing with a chronic Morton’s neuroma and arthritis in my hands. I start wondering if it’s worth the trek back to Beverly Hills… only to discover that Jay is now practicing in the South Bay too. A little miracle. And once again—he’s making me better than I was before. Jay is a sensitive, kind, and deeply knowledgeable practitioner. He treats the whole picture, not just the symptoms, and tailors each session with care. Bonus: he’s also great company—thoughtful, funny, and genuinely present. I can’t recommend him enough.

About a year ago I went looking for a massage therapist who could help me with the soreness that comes with almost daily workouts and the aches and pains of aging. Fortunately, I found Jay Wade and AIM Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy in Hermosa Beach. Jay is always ready for our appointment, his workspace is calm, clean, and comfortable. He starts every massage session asking how I am feeling, how my body is feeling, if there have been any physical changes or concerns since my last visit. Jay is deeply knowledgeable about the anatomy and physiology of the body, and his massages ease muscle soreness and promote and maintain flexibility and range of motion. He gives feedback about how my body is responding to the massage and offers suggestions on how best to work out an ache or pain. I always feel relaxed and calm upon leaving AIM knowing I have given myself some needed self-care. Lastly, the front desk staff always greet me with a smile, know my name, and are always friendly and professional. I had never had a therapeutic massage before, but of the hundreds of massages I have received, this one was honestly one of the best. Jay Wade applied the perfect amount of pressure, applying the appropriate firmness for the restorative benefit but staying just short of reaching my pain threshold. His techniques and delivery calmed my body and prevented the annoyance of remaining in one spot too long. His concern for my well-being, from the time I met him to the time we said goodbye, was clearly evident. I would highly recommend a massage from Jay, and I look forward to my next one with him.

I have been struggling to recover from a full tear in my right rotator cuff and was seriously considering surgery after several months of PT at another facility was not helping. That's when I found AIM, and I'm so glad I did, because I had a totally different experience. My physical therapist, Dr. Tania, was amazing. She came up with an effective rehab plan based on a thorough diagnosis of my injury and tailored the exercises to meet my specific goals/needs. She was patient and supportive through every step of my recovery. Thanks to her, I am now gradually going back to playing tennis and bouldering. I am so grateful to everyone at AIM, including the front office staff who were always helpful in scheduling my appointments and very patient in working through my insurance.
