AFC Urgent Care (Tyrone) St. Petersburg, FL

Scheduling and checking-in went smoothly yesterday. Staff was friendly. Level of care excellent. Diagnosed quickly with inner ear infection and inflammation of throat and voice box. Once I started taking the meds prescribed, I started feeling better that evening. Today I feel much better. What a relief to be able to swallow with no pain. 🙂 Many thanks to Valerie and Rachel.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very nicely by the staff behind the front desk. When I had trouble trying to get myself registered for my appointment, the lady at the front desk was very gracious and helped me continue signing in. From there, I was takien back to have my stats checked and the person doing that was very friendly ,happy and we actually laughed about a couple things . Very pleasant! From there, I was seen by a PA who greeted me very nicely And quickly got down to my concerns and reason for being there. She was very confident and knowledgeable in, examining me and explained to me the different things that we’re going on with me as I had an ear infection as well as sinus. The environment was very clean and felt very sterile like a hospital. The staff was just amazing. I can’t say anything more about them and I am so glad that I went to that location and that facility. I would highly and strongly recommend this facility to anyone who needs it. Thank you so much to the entire staff.

Some, important to me, things stood out. First thing was the friendly and attentive care from the staff. That’s very comforting when you aren’t feeling so good. The second thing was the cleanliness of the facility. I work as an inspector of recovery residences. I just can’t stop myself from paying close attention to the cleanliness and orderliness of my surroundings. I also appreciated the convenience of the SOLV app for appointment scheduling, pre-filling out the paper work, checking in and receiving discharge/prescription information directly to my phone.

I needed to get my DOT physical so I filled out all of my scheduling documents online and it was painless. It beats going into the office abs writing everything down and catching hand cramps. The check in was fast and simple, I forgot to mention they actually had something I wanted to watch on the television. From the front desk staff to the doctor was extremely nice and amazing. I would definitely visit this clinic again because of the awesome care that I received. Thank you everyone! I would recommend this provider one million times over!!

I was greeted respectfully, The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. My paperwork was processed efficiently. I had a hiccup with my insurance coverage not caused by AFC, as a result I had to pay out of pocket. The medical staff was friendly, knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner, and efficiently dealt with my medical issue. As I departed, I was given copies of the detailed receipts I'll need to submit to my insurance company after I straighten out their glitch. I definately recommend this provider.
